Composite roof installation

We recently completed a roofing upgrade project in Bletchley, where our team carried out a full removal of the existing asbestos cement roof. The structure was then re-covered using Tata Steel’s Trisomet® composite panel system – a high-performance, insulated roofing solution ideal for commercial and industrial buildings. As part of the works, we also lined and insulated the existing gutters to ensure full system longevity and improved drainage efficiency.

Removing asbestos roofing is a major upgrade in both safety and building performance. Asbestos, while once commonly used for its fire-resistant properties, poses serious health risks when disturbed or deteriorating. By safely removing the asbestos roof and replacing it with modern, compliant materials, we’ve not only ensured a safer environment for the occupants and workers but also added long-term value to the property.

The new Tata Trisomet® composite panel system provides excellent thermal insulation, helping to reduce energy costs and maintain a stable internal temperature throughout the year. These panels also offer enhanced weather resistance, noise reduction, and a sleek, modern finish. With this upgrade, the building is now fully compliant with current building regulations and is better equipped for the future.

This project highlights our ongoing commitment to delivering safe, efficient, and future-proof roofing solutions across the UK. If you’re considering upgrading your asbestos or ageing roof, get in touch with our team to discuss how we can help.
